Our Customer Care Representatives are the number one reason our customers love us (well, besides our jewelry of course).
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing high quality telephone and email support to Chloe + Isabel customers and merchandisers. This position must respond to inquiries regarding the Chloe + Isabel product line, back office/dashboard tools and support and troubleshoot Chloe + Isabel issues as well as assist in resolution for all of our user inquiries. The position is expected to complete phone, email and social inquiries from customers in a high quality, timely and precise manner.
About the role
- Be part of the team that is our front line and lifeline to our customers, our merchandisers and the Chloe + Isabel community. You will provide concierge customer service – thrilling customers through calls, emails, chat and social engagement.
- Be part of the team that provides direct feedback to our designers and product managers at the home office in New York City. You will be responsible for managing customer feedback about our product, making recommendations and jumping at cross-selling opportunities. You will receive bonuses on customer retention and satisfaction.
- Be part of the innovative team at Chloe + Isabel and help define social selling and the best ways to improve customer service and operations in front of and behind the scenes. Provide feedback? Have a seat at the table? Who doesn’t want this role?
- Be part of the process to help our customers receive products faster and reduce turnaround time for returns and exchanges by recommending improvements to fulfillment.
- Be part of the premier support organization that follows up with every new merchandiser after they join the team.
- Be part of the team of experts who use our operating platform, software and tools to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

Skills

Must-haves
- Education: You’re a recent college grad, grad student or just down right smart and can prove you’re driven and will accept new challenges.
- Customer communication experience in both phone and email support.
- Strong proficiency with the internet, including the ability to explain Internet functionality to customers of all experience levels and backgrounds
