Description

At Chloe + Isabel, we are an energetic startup, and are looking for a QA intern to join our growing tech team. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of development processes (Scrum/Agile), and tools (Jira/Pivotal Tracker). They will work closely with the engineering team, testing a wide variety of products and features in the social, ecommerce and mobile domain. They should be capable of making judgment calls about the usability, quality and appearance of the product.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in quality assurance
• Knowledge of Windows and Apple OSX environments

Skills

• Great attention to detail, persistent, problem solving

Education Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree

Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers, designers and product manager in an Agile environment.
• Track down and document software defects, either independently or with QA/Development peers, including prompt verification of those bugs.
• Work with product management to learn use case scenarios and create and execute test cases to validate those use cases.
• Help shape our product by providing input on designs and giving feedback on usability.
• Provide status and escalate issues to appropriate manager as needed.
