Return And Exchange Policy
You can be confident and fall head over heels for your chloe + isabel jewelry! However, if by chance you are not completely and utterly satisfied with your purchases, you can return or exchange unworn items (in resalable condition; excluding final sale and Friends-only pieces).
Options
The following return/exchange options are available to chloe + isabel Customers:
- Exchange for same item only (if not available, we will issue a merchandise credit).
- Exchange for a merchandise credit.
- Refund (within 30 days of original ship date).
- Item listed on backorder (can be cancelled with full refund as long as the item is still in backorder status; if it has processed and/or shipped, see applicable return/exchange options above).
- Defective item (see Lifetime Guarantee).
When an item is returned that is no longer available, Customers will receive a merchandise credit, which can be redeemed online.
Return Instructions
Please follow these easy steps to return or exchange your jewelry:

. We need the following information:
- The Order Number (looks like R999999999)
- The Item Number (looks like N028, B003, R007, etc)
- The Order Date
- The Name/Shipping Address
- The Reason For Return – please list as (1) Damaged (2) Incorrect Order (3) Did Not Order. If the item is damaged, please describe what the problem is.
- We will contact you with a confirmation that the order meets the requirements.
- Mail the package to the address listed below.
- Upon warehouse receipt, we will refund the value of the item or send out a replacement piece. If you wish to exchange for a new item, we will process the returned piece as a return, and a new order will need to be submitted for the new item.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied with the original purchase receipt. Items that are not returned in the original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To avoid cancellation of your claim, returned items must be received at our warehouse within 7 calendar days of your claim submittal. If you paid with cash or check, please contact your Merchandiser first regarding reimbursement. We will issue the refund back your Merchandiser, who will arrange for an immediate refund to you. If you are unable to contact your Merchandiser, we are happy to help you locate them.
Lifetime Guarantee
Quality is a beautiful thing! We offer a full Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Merchandise must be purchased through an authorized chloe + isabel merchandiser for this guarantee to apply. This Lifetime Guarantee is offered by chloe + isabel; therefore, ALL returns or exchanges MUST be handled through the company and NOT the merchandiser. Shipping charges are not refundable, and cash refunds are not available after 30 days from original ship date.
- Jewelry may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect, with your original Customer Purchase Receipt/proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the Customer's expense.
- Jewelry returned within 90 days will be replaced at no charge.
- If your original selection is no longer available, you will receive a merchandise certificate.
- After 90 days, please add a $5 PER ITEM handling charge.
- Lifetime Replacement Guarantee does not cover lost jewelry.
Merchandisers
Starter Kits are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the ship date on the original order. If items are defective or break with minimal wear, replacements will be made within 30 days of the ship date on the original order.
