How much does international shipping cost?
The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the order and which country the order is going to. We will reflect the cost of shipping to you at checkout. Chloe + Isabel strives to provide the most cost-efficient shipping options and we partner with industry-leading logistics providers to offer economical shipping with exclusively-contracted rates.

Which items are eligible for international shipping?
We offer international shipping on most items. However, certain items are not eligible, including:
- Oversized items, items requiring special handling or in-house delivery
- Items over $2,500 USD in value
- Hazardous materials, live botanicals, aerosols, food and beverage products, batteries, perishable items, and other items restricted from exporting.
If there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. or imported into your destination country selection, we will notify you during the checkout process (before your order is submitted).
Duties & Taxes
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No. You will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed at checkout. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.
How is sales TAX/VAT and duties calculated? Will there be additional duties or taxes on my order?
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, Flow, supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. They will both be shown at checkout.
Currency
What currencies can I buy in?
Payment currency is determined based on the order destination country.
Please note if your order currency does not match the default currency of your credit card, an international transaction fee may be imposed by your card issuing bank. Please contact your card issuing bank for more details regarding making payment in foreign currencies.

How is payment handled for international orders?
International payments are processed by our partner, Flow Commerce, Inc. Your credit card statement will read "Flow*ChloeAndIsabelInc".
What payment methods do you support?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Diners Club, BanContact (Belgium only), Cartes Bancaires (France only), China UnionPay ExpressPay (credit only).
When will I be charged?
If you paid by credit/debit card, payment will usually be taken immediately once your order is approved and ready for shipping. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can't use it for a short period.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Currently, we only accept returns within the United States. We are unable to support exchanges through our website. In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact our customer care team immediately at [email protected] or +1 866-488-6505.
